  • Turkey ham, processed (85g) - 10.4mcg
  • Grape juice (1 cup) - 7.5mcg
  • Waffle (1 regular) - 6.7mcg
  • Potatoes, mashed (1 cup) - 2.7mcg
  • Bagel (1 regular) - 2.5mcg
Chromium is found in many common foods - from broccoli, to grapes and grape juice, orange juice and pototoes
