  • Fish, tuna, light, canned in oil (1 can, 171g) - 2980mg
  • Snapper, cooked (1 fillet, 170g) - 2674mg
  • King mackerel, cooked (½ fillet, 154g) - 2396
  • Pumpkin seeds, roasted (23g) - 575mg
Soy products, seeds and nuts contain a high level of arginine. Other protein foods also contain arginine
