  • Beef liver (85g) - 5.8mg
  • Oysters, raw (6 medium) - 5.6mg
  • Black beans (1 cup) - 3.6mg
  • Molasses, blackstrap (1 tbs) - 3.5mg
  • Chickpeas (1 cup) - 3.2mg
  • Kidney beans (1 cup) - 3.2mg
  • Spinach, cooked (½ cup) - 3.2mg
Iron can be found in meats and liver, but it can also be found in legumes, beans, eggs
