- Oysters, raw (6 medium) - 5.6mg
- Black beans (1 cup) - 3.6mg
- Molasses, blackstrap (1 tbs) - 3.5mg
- Chickpeas (1 cup) - 3.2mg
- Kidney beans (1 cup) - 3.2mg
- Spinach, cooked (½ cup) - 3.2mg
Iron can be found in meats and liver, but it can also be found in legumes, beans, eggs
